How do I purchase a gift certificate?
- Start by clicking the Buy a Gift Certificate button above, which will re-direct you to the Vittana Gift Certificates page, supported by PayPal.
- On the gift certificates page, choose the amount of your gift and decide how you'd like it to be delivered--you can print and deliver it yourself or PayPal will email it to your recipient on a date of your choosing. Finally, be sure to include a personal note to the lucky recipient!
- To complete your purchase, follow the steps to login to your PayPal account or pay with your credit card.
- In addition to the official certificate from PayPal, Vittana will email you an accompanying certificate that you can use to share Vittana's mission with the person receiving your gift.
How do I redeem a gift certificate?
- Browse the student profiles on Vittana's lend page. When you find a student you connect with, click Lend Now.
- Follow the instructions to sign in to your Vittana account (if this is your first Vittana loan, we'll ask you to complete a quick registration).
- After confirming your loan amount, proceed to Vittana's secure PayPal checkout page. If you do not have a PayPal account, you will need to create one to redeem the gift certificate.
- On the PayPal checkout page, click "Enter Gift Certificate, Reward, or Discount." Locate your Redemption Code in the lower right corner of your gift certificate, enter the code, and confirm your purchase.
- Congratulations, you are now a Vittana lender!
